The Bill (Reg.№4273) envisages the additions to the Civil Code of Ukraine and to the Law "On Restoration of the Solvency of the Debtor or the recognition of them as a Bankrupt" concerning the legal opportunity to recognize the natural person bankrupt.
The Amendments envisage that after the recognition of the natural person bankrupt thy can not be during the five years become the founder of natural person- entrepreneur, founder of the juridical person, could not be in the composition of the collegial body of juridical person, gain the property or take the money in credit, transfer the property in loan.
The document introduces the amendments to the Law "On Restoration of the Solvency of the Debtor or the recognition of them as a Bankrupt" by the article 49-1.
